- It refers to projects, presentations or products through which students “exhibit” what they have learned.
- It is an organized display of a collection of items.
According
to Cambridge dictionary Exhibition is,
“An event at which objects such as paintings are
shown to the public, a situation in which someone shows a particular skill or
quality to the public or the act of showing these things.”
Types of Exhibition
1. Chamber Exhibition:
- Small Scale Display
- Open For a short period of time a few hours, a day or a week.
- Organised for conference
2. Temporaray Exhibition:
- Large Scale Display
- Open for a few weeks or months.
- Organized for the museum
3. Permanent Exhibition:
- Open for a year
- Exhibition gets outdated after 5 years or 10 years
- Due to finical problems, exhibitions are kept for a long period on display.
4. Travelling Exhibition:
- Can be on loan at venue for years OR
- Open for months at different franchises (multiple locations)
Computer Science Fair:
- Computer Science fair is a forum for the display of useful activities carried out in the computer science club.
- It is an occasion for the parents and community people to become acquainted with the school activities.
- Moreover, it brings awareness about computer science.
